Party Book events are not school sponsored events.  We are incredibly thankful to all of the wonderful hosts for sharing these parties with us and donating the proceeds to WISE!

Frequently asked questions: 

• What Is Party Book? Party Book is an online catalog of social events exclusively for Westwood Charter Families.  It's a great way to make new friends, hang out with old ones and have a good time, all while helping the school.  

• How does it work?  Parties are hosted by a single family or a group of families who cohost together. The host(s) fully funds the cost of the event.  Once details (location, time, date, number of attendees, etc) are set, the party is listed on the Party Book tab of Membership Toolkit and parents can purchase tickets for either themselves, their children or the whole family to attend the parties.  100% of the ticket proceeds generated from party book will go directly back to the school.   

• Do I have to plan the entire Party Book? We have so many great ideas and past party books that we can run again.  We can help you put the details together!  However, if you have an idea and you want to take the lead, that’s great too! 

• Are Party Book events primarily kid themed? While we have events like Pumpkin Carving, Cookie Decorating or Nerf Gun Battle parties, we’ll also offer parties like Family Hike Day, Backyard Family Movie Night, or adult only parties like Sip N Paint, Tacos & Tequila or Poker night.   

• How can I get Involved? There are so many ways! If you have any ideas for future Party Book events please let us know.  Or maybe you have a spacious backyard, own a restaurant, have a connection to a venue, you have a special talent or hobby. We are so grateful to all the families who are willing to share their time, homes, hobbies, and special talents with us – all in the spirit of community and connection.
